You are reminded that FULL
DIFFERENCE IN HANDICAP now applies to this competition and that
each player shall have a current official handicap of not more
than 15. In addition Distance Measuring Devices are now
permitted to be used irrespective of whether or not the venue
for the match has a Local Rule permitting their use.
A new condition this year
is that all players must have Active Handicaps. Any team
that plays a player with an Inactive Handicap will be
disqualified.
