Junior players under the age of 18 years who wish to compete in County Events must provide the Hampshire Golf Union with a completed Parental Consent Form. Simply click the pdf icon to download, then print. The completed form should be returned to the County Secretary before the start of the competition season. Failure to do so will result in exclusion. Forms are also available from the County Office.
