Rowlands duo go low at Corhampton

Tom Robson and Billy McKenzie won the County Foursomes title at Corhampton yesterday (17/9).

The Rowlands Castle duo shot rounds of 73 and 63 to win the title by six shots from Martin Young (Brokenhurst Manor) and Colin Roope (Blackmoor).

Third place went to Stephen Hodder and Terry Greenough (Southampton GC), who also had the best nett score (138).

Young and Roope won the Mid-Amateur title, eight shots ahead of Stuart Bancroft and Matt Williams (Osborne).
