The County 1st Team got back to winning ways with a great win over Dorset at Liphook yesterday (Sunday 8th May).
After a disappointing trip to Kent on 1st May - where the Team were soundly beaten 8-4 (see here for results sheet) by a Kent Team playing on home turf at North Foreland, the 1st Team returned to winning ways yesterday (Sunday 8th May) with a home fixture at Liphook against Dorset.
The morning Foursomes pairings (picture below) got the team off to a great start, recording a 3 and a half to a half victory.

The afternoon singles was won by 6 and a half to 1 and a half - giving an overall 10-2 win. The final results sheet can be seen here.
Kent also played their 2nd game yesterday, away to Sussex at East Brighton - where Sussex triumphed by 8 and a half to 3 and a half.
The 1st Team's next match is at home to Sussex - match to be played at Hayling Golf Club on Sunday 26th June.
