After a shaky start Hampshire fought back to record a 'comfortable' win over Sussex at Brokenhurst Manor yesterday.

Down in three of the morning foursomes things looked bleak. However Martin Young and debutant Matt Wlicox (North Hants) turned their match around to win on the 18th.

This gave the home team momentum and seven singles wins resulted.
